Objective An effective cross-cultural team solution for an intercultural competence leading to group cohesion between teams from two very distinct cultures and continents.
What we did Facilitated a series of workshops for employees and the management and senior leadership teams, to help them define a new collaborative work culture; our focus was on building cross-cultural awareness and competence and helping them understand each other’s working styles to work effectively together.
The Impact The company went from stalled production previously (due to the rift between the management teams) back to resuming full scale production at the Indian plant.
