Step-up (Transition coaching)
Designed for those transitioning into new roles, our Step-up coaching program is for Hi potentials:
- First-time managers/ leaders
- Mid-level leaders
- Senior Individual Contributors
Our coaching process is a three-way collaborative effort among the newly promoted or hired leader, their reporting manager and the coach in order to facilitate a seamless transition into a senior-level position. This will enable your newly appointed leaders to STEP-UP and navigate critical areas vital to their success.
Engage (Team/ group coaching)
Designed to enhance team performance and capability, our Engage team coaching initiative will:
- Help teams discover their potential
- Hold the space for teams to effectively manage conflict and differences

Designed for senior executives and C-Suite leaders,, our Accelerate coaching program will support them to become more effective and create greater strategic impact in their roles. Our Coaches will help them leverage their strengths/eco system to help ACCELERATE their team and organizational performance.
The engagement usually spans 6 months and involves a robust 360-degree assessment.
