Objective
Get the organization’s product and tech teams to be able to appreciate diversity in their teams.
What we did
We used an Emotional Quotient (EQ) assessment tool, interpreted the results at individual and team levels, and ran activities
that helped to appreciate diversity in the team. Personalized coaching was also offered for groups of similar individuals to help them understand
their strengths and what they need to be mindful of.
The Impact
A deeper appreciation and understanding of how different people think and operate, and how to leverage their strengths.
