The C2C Organizational Development Pvt. Ltd. Website (herein referred to as “C2C-OD Website”) with its url https://www.c2cod.com is comprised of various web pages operated by C2C Organizational Development Pvt. Ltd (herein referred to as “C2C-OD”).

C2C-OD reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in C2C-OD’s sole discretion.

Termination/Access Restriction
C2C-OD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the C2C-OD Website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL: To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of India and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bangalore, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the C2C-OD Website. Use of the C2C-OD Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and C2C-OD as a result of this agreement or use of the C2C-OD Website. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your booked/registered program/workshop and it’s more than 14 days in advance of the start date, then we can offer a transfer to the same program/workshop on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a program/workshop is planned for the future.
If the cancellation is within 14 days of your program/workshop, we are unable to offer a refund. We do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend so we are happy for you to send along a colleague/friend to take your place. We will need their name and contact details prior to the program/workshop.
Our right to cancel a program/workshop: Should we need to cancel a program/workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation.
We will give you a full refund or if you prefer a transfer to an alternative available program/workshop, space permitting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used and we are happy for them to be transferred to a colleague/friend.
Discounts: Any discount offer can be availed, as applicable and as specified on the registration form, within the designated time frame only.
Government taxes: As per current government rules, all government levies and taxes are extra and not included in the price/costing of our programs/workshops.

Apart from online payment, do you accept any other modes of payment?
We accept payment through our online payment system. We also accept payment by Cheque or bank transfer through NEFT/IMPS. Please write to us at info@c2cod.com for more details.
Do you conduct both face-to-face and online programs?
Yes, we offer a wide range of programs/workshops, in both face-to-face (in-person) format and online format. Please check Our Expertise page to see the complete list of programs/workshops.
I am based outside of India. Can I register for your programs?
We work with organizations across locations in and outside of India. For specific certification programs, certain geographies may fall outside of our purview. Please write to us at info@c2cod.com specifying the program you would like to register for and your location.
